Frequently asked questions

Every prayer rug is personalised just for you. Delivery takes 2–5 working days, and shipping is free.

Yes. Your prayer rug is not stock: our embroidery team stitches it after your order and checks every seam and every letter twice before it ships. It still reaches you in 2–5 working days. With the “Priority production” option your rug is made first.

Your name is embroidered straight onto the rug — in the thread colour you choose (gold, for example) and in cursive or Arabic script. The configurator shows you a preview of your name right away. This is how the embroidery looks on the rug:

Example of the name embroidery on a Molora prayer rug

Our prayer rugs are made from extra-thick, soft fabric — gentle on the knees for daily prayer — with a non-slip backing (120 × 80 cm, approx. 900 g). Care is easy: shake it out and air it regularly, and treat small marks carefully with a damp cloth.

Yes! Just pick the “Gift-wrapped and ready” option in the configurator — your rug arrives with an elegant ribbon, ready to hand over. Especially popular for Eid, a nikah, Ramadan or a birthday.

Because every rug is made just for you, personalised prayer rugs cannot be exchanged. Our embroidery guarantee still applies: if we make a mistake while embroidering or your rug arrives damaged, we remake it free of charge — just send a photo to info@molora.de.
